Shipping

We ship all orders via Canada Post and the shipping costs are based on size and weight of items. All items are shipped as tracked parcels and you will receive a tracking number after placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES

Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of when the order was placed as every item is made to order. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. 

ORDER PICKUP

If you wish to pick up your order, please use the code "PICKUP" during checkout, which is going to set the shipping costs to $0. You can then pick up your order at our studio close to Queen Street West and Roncesvalles once it's ready.
