Because every item is made to order, I generally do not offer returns. However, should you experience a faulty product, please reach out to me and I will do my best to replace your order or offer you a full refund.
To start a claim, please contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
